1. What is a protein diet under the Promedela program?

As our diet is medical, it is primarily intended to preserve and improve the health and therefore it is adjusted individually for each client. Breastfeeding mothers are on a special program, in which we ensure there will be enough nutrients for the development of the newborn and will be without any unnecessary calories that will give mothers a successful loss of excess weight.
6. Can pregnant women be on a protein diet?

Pregnant women are on a special program, in which we ensure there will be enough nutrients for the development of the infant and will be without any unnecessary calories that will give pregnant women a successful loss of excess weight.
7. I have heard that weight is rapidly lost with this diet. How much weight is lost per week?
How many kilograms you will lose, largely depends on your metabolism. We are confident that you will lose more kilograms with this diet than with any other diet, and that the program burns fats in the places where fat is most present. According to our experience we can say that clients lose at least 7-10 kg in the first month, but we also have clients who have lost 23 kg.
8. I have tried many low-carbohydrate diets in the past and all of them made me feel exhausted and fatigued and eventually I gave up. Will I feel this way when on Promedela diet?

9. Why are medical examinations mandatory?
Check-ups every two weeks are necessary to check your health, to evaluate the progress of the diet itself, evaluation the possible adjustments, as well as progress the diet and supplementation to next phase as necessary.
