Terms of delivery of goods.
The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by a third-party courier service. The Merchant is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the orders of customers in Australia or abroad. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
Delivery is made to the user’s address on the territory of the Commonwealth of Australia or abroad, unless otherwise stated on the site for the specific product/service.
Delivery costs are at the expense of the User, for which circumstance the Merchant should provide sufficient and up-to-date information on the website. The merchant reserves the right to provide promotional conditions, within which to bear the costs of delivery.
Before sending the ordered goods, the Merchant has the right to contact the User on the telephone indicated by him, in order to specify details of the order and/or delivery.
The Merchant is not responsible for failure to fulfill an order in cases where the User has provided false, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including when he has provided an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address or phone number.
Delivery is made within the timeframes described under each delivery option in the ordering interface module. In exceptional circumstances, the Merchant reserves the right to extend the delivery period, promptly informing the User thereof.

The merchant processes the orders within 2 to 3 working days of placing the order. The delivery is usually carried out within 8-15 business days after the order is processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
The ordered goods are delivered against a signature. The user is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of their delivery and to notify immediately in case of detected discrepancies, shortages and damages. If the User does not do this, it is assumed that the delivery has been accepted without objection.
When making international deliveries, the delivery and receipt rules of the relevant national postal service, as well as the relevant national legislation of the country in which the recipient of the goods is located, are applicable.
All import charges when importing the goods are for the account of the User. The consumer cannot request a refund if he has refused to pay the import charges or receive the shipment.
The Merchant reserves the right to change the available shipping and payment methods and/or the terms thereof at any time by posting the available shipping and payment methods on the Website without further notice.
